This class is geared to create balance strength and synergy in our physical and emotional bodies.We coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next.  Vinyasa yoga increases blood flow and works the cardiovascular system to create heat, making it more intense, we will also implement stretching and releasing tension within the body and the mind. Expect to develop a deeper richer connection to your own higher self, and the universe.
