Join us for an evening practice of asana (poses) and sound bath, designed to support practitioners to fully relax the muscles, slow down the mental chatter, shift emotional patterns to bring ease and tune into the nervous system's healing capacity. We will end the evening with a beautiful full moon meditation and sound bath.
