Program Policies

How to secure your spot

Your $500 non-refundable "placeholder" deposit will secure your spot! We have divided retreat/program payments into three installments as listed below.👇

  1. A $500 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is due at the time of booking

  2. The 2nd payment is due 60 days prior to the retreat.

  3. The 3rd and final retreat payment is due on or before 14 days of retreat/trainings/programs

If you sign up within the 60-day window before the retreat starts you are required to pay the $500 deposit AND the 2nd installment upon signing up. No refunds or cancellations after 60 days prior to retreat *Please note that the placeholder deposit of $500 remains non-refundable and non-transferable as per agreed terms/conditions*

Things to know

📍Address to the property will be given the week before the retreat/program starts

👉Substance-free retreat / programs

A substance-free environment is one in which all guests agree to keep their space free from substances at all times. Substances are defined to include alcohol, marijuana, cigarettes, other smoking materials, and illicit and illegal drugs.

👉Like adult summer camp- We're all in it together!

This is not a retreat center. The property is a private house on 10 acres with rooms throughout the property. Every room on the property will have shared bathrooms. Meals will be "family style," where we serve ourselves and assist the chef with rinsing our dishes and preparing them for sanitizing after meals.


👉Close shared spaces

This is a communal retreat with shared bedrooms and shared bathrooms. If for any reason, you do not feel safe being in such close quarters with other guests due to concerns about COVID-19, it's best not to join this trip and wait until a time that feels best for you. We will be doing many more of these next year.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the exclusive offering of retreats and trainings to Maria's mail list and the lead time to fill your spot - It makes it difficult for us to react to last-minute cancellations after the eblast has been sent out. Because of this, we must enforce a FIRM cancellation policy.


👉 If you need to cancel more than 30 days before the retreat/trainings & programs, there will be a $500 processing fee (your deposit), and the remaining balance will be refunded to your card.

👉 If you need to cancel 15-30 days before the start of the retreat or trainings, you will receive a 50% refund of the full cost of your spot.

👉 If you need to cancel 0-14 days before the start of the retreat or trainings or programs, you will receive no refunds.

In addition, in the event of fires in Sedona or COVID-19, we may need to reschedule this retreat. If so, we will refund you for your full amount minus any losses we may incur due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control. It is in our best interest to refund you in this type of situation. We cannot be responsible for any losses with airfare, transportation, or any other additional costs incurred during the planning of your trip.

🚨There are no exceptions with our cancellation policy due to the contractual commitments we have with our vendors. Unfortunately, we are not able to credit toward future offerings or transfer amounts toward online classes. ​

Travel Insurance

👉We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance. None of us can predict unexpected events in our lives. By purchasing a comprehensive plan, including medical, you will ensure being covered in full both on the trip, and should you need to cancel after the sale cancellation deadline. We recommend contacting your provider at the time you are committing to your retreat, as there are timelines for coverage, it is not advisable to wait to purchase your coverage! Please refer to our Travel Insurance Tab for a reputable company. 


👉Should you elect to not purchase travel insurance, note that you will be assuming 100% of any costs incurred for trip cancellation or trip interruption. Be sure to understand the fine print of the policy you select to ensure you know exactly what is and isn't covered.
