Journey Into the Chakra System with Full Moon Meditation:
If you’re like most of us, there are imbalances, blockages or behavioral patterns sabotaging your energy, confidence or grounding, which manifest as fatigue, confusion or fear. When this system is in BALANCE we are aligned.
Join us for a practice of asana (poses) and sound bath, designed to support practitioners to fully relax the muscles, slow down the mental chatter, shift emotional patterns to bring ease and tune into the nervous system's healing capacity. We will end with a beautiful full moon meditation and sound bath
