Mystical Goddess Workshop

Have you lost your inspiration? Been stuck in a rut? Maybe you need some inspiration? Need some self-love and care? We will delve into the divine feminine in this workshop and study some of the beautiful Hindu goddesses.

Meet the four goddesses inspiring this course: Durga, Lakshmi, Saraswati, and Kali. We will end with a beautiful meditation honoring all feminine energy.  Through movement, meditation, stories, and simple daily rituals, we’ll explore how to invite the energy of Durga, Kali Lakshmi, and Saraswati into daily life. These energies become the building blocks for moving through obstacles, discovering and using our abundant potential, and living a life inspired by joy.
