Join us for an uplift! This day retreat will be held at a beautiful lake house in West Milford, about 40 minutes away from Bergen County NJ. You can attend the full day or come for part of the day. This summer day retreat will include: Morning meditation & movement, sound healing, forest bathing, yoga, vegan lunch, reiki, motivational speaking, and more
