Yoga Sculpt classes combine creative yoga flow with full-body strength training and meditation. Sculpt, tighten, and challenge every major muscle, reduce stress and increase your confidence.


Yoga Sculpt Sequences helps you achieve the most effective results with the least amount of effort, by engaging you in full body moves that work multiple areas at once, all while boosting your heart rate and your metabolism, plus build muscle. If you are passionate about blending strength with yoga our 20 hour intensive is the perfect fit! 


You'll learn to safely and effectively combine yoga with strength training and cardio to build one dynamic class. Barbara's beautiful intricate sequence is amazing seemless and foundational. 


This training is for any fitness professional or yoga instructor or seeker of wellness!
