Chakra Journey Workshop

If you’re like most of us lately, there are imbalances, blockages or behavioral patterns sabotaging your energy, confidence or grounding, which manifest as fatigue, confusion or fear. When this system is in BALANCE we are aligned. "Chakra" is a Sanskrit word and can be translated into wheel or vortex. Chakras are not visible to the eye; they are part of our consciousness, our energy or subtle body. We have seven main Chakras which are situated along the spine, starting from the base of the spine and moving up to the crown of the head. Each of the seven Chakras relate and are connected to certain areas of our body as well as our emotional, psychological, spiritual and mental state.

This workshop will include a discussion on:

• What are Chakras? Where they are located and how they work. We will look at shadow and common blockages.
• Which Color and Crystal is associated with each energy center.
• How to place the Crystals on the body for your very own Chakra Tune Up!
• Guided yoga practice and Chakra Meditation, experience the energy of each center, allowing you to come into complete alignment
• Sound Healing
